Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. It is a natural and safe method used to restore balance to one’s whole being. Through Reiki healing, deep relaxation occurs, helping to reduce stress and anxiety held in the unconscious mind/body, creating harmony. Practitioners use the “laying of the hands” to send universal energy and bring nourishment. Reiki compliments all other health practices or can be used independently. Zanna has studied under three different Reiki masters, and is certified in Usui/Tibetan, and Holy Fire Reiki. She has been a Reiki II Practitioner since 2009 and became a Reiki Master in April 2024Business Hours
